You will:

Assist in efforts related to Booking Model governance as well support of Senior Committee and working group meetings and agendas

Support assessment of proposed changes to the Firm?s booking models and analyze impact on liquidity, funding and capital requirements on the Firm and on a legal entity basis

Assist in formulation and production of projections for liquidity, funding, capital and other balance sheet requirements on a legal entity basis

Assist in evaluating the impact of changes to regulatory requirements to the Firm?s legal entities, including the assessment of incremental resource requirements and necessary changes in legal entity strategy

Monitor and report on aspects of legal entities with regards to their Capital, Liquidity and Funding positions and in regards to regulatory requirements

Coordinate among groups across Corporate Treasury and around the Firm to support strategic initiatives

Maintain a close working relationship with other groups within Corporate Treasury, as well as with Institutional Securities Group, Technology, Legal Entity Controllers, Trading, Bank Resource Management, Capital Planning, Reg Affairs, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Tax

Team Profile:

Corporate Treasury provides corporate finance advisory service to senior management and internal business units. It also optimizes the Firm?s liquidity and capital base, manages the Firm?s foreign exchange and interest rate exposure, and coordinates relationships with regulators, rating agencies, and creditors.

The Legal Entity Management within Corporate Treasury is responsible for the management of legal entities across Treasury disciplines, booking model initiatives, intercompany funding and Resolution related legal entity rationalization and restructuring. The candidate will support each of these efforts, with a focus on booking models, strategic initiatives and legal entity balance sheet projections.

Experience with balance sheets and financial impact analysis, Derivatives experience is of particular interest
