We have established partnerships with prominent property management companies and are currently seeking a skilled General Handyman, Repair and Maintenance Technician, and Skilled Painter for Apartments and Buildings to join our team.

What’s your day-to-day look like?


As a valued member of our team, you will receive a Daily Job List detailing the Building Address, Apartment number, repair/maintenance to be done, the scheduled time, and the tenant’s contact information. This list is provided every day after 5:00 pm, allowing you to prepare and plan for the next day’s tasks.


We take pride in executing all Repair/Maintenance jobs promptly and efficiently within our business hours of 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Our team is fully equipped and trained to handle any repair or maintenance work required to ensure that our tenants’ living spaces are comfortable and safe.


We understand that some apartments/units may require painting services outside of regular business hours, especially during the first and last week of the month or on random days. We offer these services for an additional fee, which varies based on the number of rooms in the apartment/unit.

The duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the specific job. However, some common duties and responsibilities for the role are:


Being a General Handyman:


Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as fixing plumbing leaks, repairing electrical faults, and replacing broken appliances.
Perform carpentry tasks, such as installing cabinets, shelves, and doors.
Repair and maintain HVAC systems and other mechanical equipment.
Respond to emergency repair requests.


Being a Repair and Maintenance Technician:


Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
Install and maintain various building systems, such as lighting and security systems.
Respond to emergency repair requests.
Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.


Being a Skilled Painter:


Prepare surfaces for painting, such as scraping, sanding, and filling cracks.
Apply paint to surfaces, using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
Select the appropriate type of paint for each surface and ensure that the paint is mixed and applied correctly.
Estimate the amount of paint and other materials needed for each job.
Keep accurate records of all painting work.


In all of these roles, we are seeking a qualified candidate with these qualifications:

  • Able to work independently in a timely manner, ensuring that the job is done correctly the first time.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch customer service are also essential.
  • Has a good work ethic and attention to detail are essential to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and on schedule.
  • Have several years of experience in the following areas: Carpentry, Electrical/Appliance, HVAC, Painting, Plumbing and etc.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operate hand and power tools, and possess basic hand tools.
  • Must also be flexible with time and schedules, especially during on-call emergencies that may occur during weekends.
  • Having the ability to apply mechanical concepts to solve problems is essential, and exceptional problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Capable of handling heavy loads of up to 100 lbs., moving them by pushing, pulling, carrying, or maneuvering them with or without additional assistance or proper equipment, and also adept at carrying ladders.
  • Has a Valid NY State Driver License.
  • Must have reliable transportation, move between buildings and coordinate with the dispatch team to uphold the schedule and communicate any delays effectively to clients and tenants.
