Responsibilities include:
Four-season maintenance, cleaning, care and general repairs for church building and local manse/parsonage. Includes regularly checking church building and availability for 24-hour oversight of emergency repairs for both properties.
Compensation:
$1400/month base pay; additional compensation for special events at the church. Caretaker may bid on repairs as an outside contractor. Monthly subsidy for iPhone.
Qualifications: Three years experience in related field
