Job Title: Program Director
Program: Family Enrichment Center
Salary: $80,000- $90,000 yr
General Responsibilities:
CGS is looking for a Passionate & Experienced Program Director for our NEW Family Enrichment Centers. Family Enrichment Centers (FECs) are warm and welcoming community gathering place where any family or individual can come for support, information, and to participate in and/or lead activities (called “offerings”).
The Program Director of the Family Enrichment Center has oversight of all services that support Families & Neighbors in the CD-5 community – with the primary focus of making connections with people, motivating and inspiring them to achieve results.
Required Skills:
- HS/GED and 11 years, OR Bachelors Degree and 7 year of relevant experience OR
- Masters Degree and 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in managing community organizing and/or community- driven programs.
- Experience imputing data, running data driven reports and using the information to make programmatic decisions.
Desired Skills:
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus!!
