Administrative Assistant

Duties Include:

Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries

Provide direct support to Management

Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote properties and attract potential buyers.

Prepare high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and online listings.

Manage and maintain the company’s online presence across various platforms, including social media channels, website, and real estate portals.

Perform data entry tasks, including updating client information and property details

File and organize documents, ensuring they are easily accessible

Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness

Provide clerical support to the real estate team, such as preparing correspondence and reports

Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and answering phone calls

Utilize Calendar and Google Suite to schedule appointments and meetings

Familiarity with Dotloop to assist in the electronic signing of contracts and agreements

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of marketing activities and achievement of objectives.

Experience:

Previous experience in a real estate office or administrative role is preferred

Proficient in data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Familiarity with phone systems and handling client inquiries professionally

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media
Platforms, MLS Systems

Knowledge of DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is a plus
