inst. in conn. w/ energy & environmental matters & rel. transact.,
incl. carbon commodity transact., carbon neutrality initiatives, compliance w/ environmental
laws & regs., energy transition project financing. Advise clients on risks &
liabs. assoc. w/ voluntary & compliance-grade carbon commodities in state &
fed. mkts. Negotiate & prepare emissions reduction transaction docs. &
renewable energy offtake agreements, financing agreements, servicing
