Overview:
For the past few years, our team at Prolog has developed a program to help individuals and teams to discover and use their creative strengths. Our customers receive one-on-one coaching sessions as part of that program, which we’re looking for great coaches to deliver.
We pay $50 per session, which can be delivered remotely. Many coaches end up working with program participants, using their preferred hourly rate.
Role Description:

As a Creative Coach, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients’ creative strengths and improving their interpersonal relationships within their teams.

- Within 1-hour sessions, deliver engaging and insightful one-hour coaching sessions using a general outline, but using your own unique coaching style and additional content as you see fit.
- Conduct thorough reviews of clients’ Creative Strength Profiles.
- Analyze and break down the nature of clients’ relationships with their teammates, providing constructive feedback and strategies to enhance team collaboration.
- Set achievable, yet challenging, goals with clients to improve their collaboration skills and creative output within their teams.
- Guide clients in leveraging their creative strengths to introduce themselves and communicate effectively within professional settings.
- Employ a variety of coaching techniques to motivate clients and foster a positive and creative learning environment.
- Track and evaluate clients’ progress towards their goals, providing ongoing support and adjustments to development plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- A strong interest in creative studies and coaching.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with creative processes and an understanding of various creative roles within teams. Having a personal creative practice is a plus but not required.
The successful candidate will be a compassionate and creative thinker, dedicated to helping others realize their full potential in both their personal and professional lives. If you are committed to making a difference in the creative community and possess the qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
